The prevention of Occupational Risks and the quality of working life is our primary focus, and our actions include:

• Leading all occupational risk prevention efforts, with particular attention to the opinions and suggestions of all employees who are at risk of workplace accidents.
• Being informed about and understanding accidents that occur and those that could happen, no matter how minor, knowing their causes, and how to eliminate or reduce them to prevent recurrence.
• Conducting regular visits to workplaces, assessing the actual conditions in which work is performed, and observing how tasks that may be critical due to their consequences are carried out, identifying resource needs.
• Establishing a dialogue to improve work processes and communicate any non-compliance situations.
• Using protective equipment when entering work areas where it is mandatory and always complying with prevention and good behavior standards in performing duties.
• Participating in regular meetings specifically addressing health and safety topics.
• Forming an emergency team trained and prepared to act in any eventuality.
• Promoting and participating in occupational risk prevention campaigns both within the company and by joining externally organized ones.
• Providing constant training on accident prevention at work and proper use of provided resources.
• Ensuring the commitment of all collaborators to achieve established requirements and avoid unpleasant situations.
