OBJECTIVES
- To establish the fundamental principles and standards that guide our ethical behavior in relation to our employees, customers, suppliers, authorities, community, civil society and everyone with whom Agrofuturo Paraguay S.A. interacts.
- To make known the communication line through which any behavior, non-compliance or practice that does not comply with the provisions of this code of ethics and other internal guidelines may be reported.
SCOPE
- Our code of ethics applies to all employees of Agrofuturo Paraguay S.A., both at the Head Office and the Industrial Plant, as appropriate.
- This code of ethics is not and is not intended to be exhaustive. Therefore, unforeseen situations will be resolved in accordance with best management and corporate governance practices.
- Additional issues arising from the various situations that may arise will be incorporated into this code of ethics as necessary.

I - COMPLIANCE AND REPORTING
All employees of Agrofuturo Paraguay S.A. must read, understand and comply with this Code of Ethics.
Any violation or suspected violation of the Code should be reported to Management/Director or through the confidential reporting channel (QR for complaints, grievances or suggestions). Retaliation against those who report in good faith will not be tolerated. Agrofuturo Paraguay S.A. undertakes to carry out the corresponding investigation.
Violations or non-compliances will result in sanctions that will be applied according to the seriousness of the case, ranging from a verbal reprimand to termination of the employment relationship. All censures and reprimands will be carried out privately and with the objective of correcting the detected conduct, being recorded in the employee's personal file.
