The prevention of occupational hazards and the quality of working life is our main focus so as actions we can say:

• To lead all occupational risk prevention, taking special interest in the opinions and suggestions of all employees, who are the ones most likely to suffer accidents at work.
• To know and be informed of the accidents that occur and those that could occur, no matter how minor, to know the causes that have provoked them and how they will be eliminated or reduced in order to avoid their recurrence.
• Make periodic visits to work stations, evaluate the actual conditions in which the work is carried out, as well as observe how tasks that may be critical due to their consequences are performed, identifying resource needs.
  - Establish a dialogue that facilitates the improvement of the way of doing things, as well as the communication of any non-compliance situation.
  - Use protective equipment when accessing work areas where it is mandatory and always comply with the rules of prevention and good behavior in the development of their work.
  - Participate in regular meetings to specifically address health and safety issues.
  - Creation of an emergency team trained and prepared to respond to any eventuality.
  - Promote and participate in occupational risk prevention campaigns, both within the company itself, as well as adhering to those organized externally.
  - Ongoing training on occupational accident prevention and proper use of the resources provided.
  - Ensure the commitment of all collaborators to achieve the established requirements and thus avoid unpleasant situations.
