This Code of Ethics is critical, as it guides our actions and decisions with integrity and responsibility.

OBJECTIVES
- To establish the fundamental principles and rules which are to guide our ethical behavior in our relationship with our employees, customers, suppliers, authorities, communities, civil society and all those with which it interacts Agrofuturo Paraguay SA
- To publicize the line of communication through which they can report any behavior, non-compliance or practice that does not adhere to the provisions of this code of ethics and other internal guidelines.
SCOPE
- Our code of ethics applies to all employees of Agrofuturo Paraguay S. a. both Parent as Industrial Plant as appropriate.
- This code of ethics is not intended to be exhaustive. Therefore, the situations not provided for shall be settled in accordance with the criteria of best management practices and corporate governance.
- The additional issues that arise out of the various situations that could occur, would be incorporated into this code of ethics as necessary.

E - ENGAGEMENT WITH PROVIDERS
In Agrofuturo, our suppliers are key partners in our mission to offer you high quality products that comply with the standards of safety and environmental. We recognize the importance of building strong relationships and ethical with our suppliers to ensure the excellence in our operations and products. Our commitment with suppliers is based on the following principles:
1. Integrity and Transparency
We are committed to maintaining relationships based on integrity and transparency with all our suppliers. This means that all of our transactions and communications will be honest, clear, fair, and by official channels established by the Organization. We will provide to our suppliers all the relevant information in a timely manner and expect the same transparency on your part.
2. Selection Fair and Objective
Agrofuturo select your suppliers in a fair and objective manner, based on criteria of quality, cost, reliability, and compliance with the standards of safety and environmental. We make sure that the selection process is fair and that all providers have the opportunity to compete on an equal footing.
We do not accept gifts from suppliers, partners or competitors, except for gifts clearly identified with the company or organizational, without commercial value significantly. Those of significant value for any reason you are not able to be returned, must be incorporated into the assets of the company.
Note: This does not prevent to accept travel or accommodations related to meetings, due diligence or other business activities of regular or occasional, if they could be considered as an expense of legitimate businesses, be covered by, or authorized by the Company and are carried out in a transparent manner.
3. Regulatory compliance
We require all our suppliers to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to quality, occupational safety, and environmental protection. We work together with our suppliers to ensure that our final products are safe and of high quality, and comply with the rules in force.
4. Sustainability and Social Responsibility

In Agrofuturo, we understand that our responsibility as a company is not only restricted to our employees, customers and suppliers, but also to the authorities and the legal framework under which we operate.As part of the industry of production of products of defensive, agricultural, we recognize the importance of maintaining a transparent relationship and ethics with the government organizations, thus ensuring our commitment to the legality, security and sustainability. 5. Political contributions
Agrofuturo does not make political contributions or donations to politicians, political parties or organizations of a political nature.
6. Payments facilitation
The Organization prohibits facilitation payments regardless of the amount. (Facilitation payments refer to payments made to government officials in order to
to secure or expedite the performance or handling of the government of routine).

Our commitment to the proper management of the resources of the company are based on the following principles:

We are committed to use all resources of the company efficiently and responsibly. This includes the avoidance of the waste, streamline processes, and ensure that the resources are used only for lawful purposes and related to the activities of Agrofuturo. We promote a culture of savings and care for the resources to maximize their utility and minimize unnecessary costs.
2. Protection of Intellectual Property rights and Confidentiality
The information and the knowledge generated by Agrofuturo are valuable assets of the company. We are committed to protecting the intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, and industrial, as well as the confidential information. All employees must handle the information with the appropriate discretion, preventing the unauthorized disclosure and following the established security policies. This confidentiality includes the information of suppliers and customers, and is maintained even after the termination of the employment relationship.
3. Integrity in the Use of Resources
Agrofuturo expects all employees to act with integrity in the use of the resources of the company. This means avoiding the personal use of the property and assets of the company, and to report any inappropriate use or loss of resources. J - COMPLIANCE AND REPORTING
All employees of Agrofuturo Paraguay S.A. must read, understand, and comply with this Code of Ethics. The company will provide regular training sessions on this Code to reinforce its understanding and application in all areas.
Any violation or suspected violation of the Code must be reported to Management/the Board of Directors or through the confidential complaints channel (QR code for grievances, complaints, or suggestions). We do not tolerate retaliation against those who report in good faith. Agrofuturo Paraguay S.A. is committed to conducting the necessary investigations.
Violations or failures to comply may result in penalties according to the severity of the case, ranging from a verbal warning to termination of employment. All warnings and admonitions will be conducted privately, with the aim of correcting the detected behavior, and will be recorded in the employee’s personal file.
