At Agrofuturo Paraguay S.A., we are committed to maintaining a safe, ethical, and compliant work environment in accordance with national and international regulations governing our activities.

As part of this commitment, we have adopted this Supply Chain Security Policy, aimed at the detection and prevention of illegal activities and criminal conduct, including, but not limited to: smuggling, illicit trafficking, money-laundering,corruption, theft, improper handling of products, sabotage, tax evasion, and any other act that compromises the legality or security of our operations.

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, business partners (such as suppliers, carriers, agents, strategic clients), visitors, and third parties connected to the organization. Compliance is mandatory and forms an integral part of our corporate culture.

We are guided by the following fundamental pillars:

1. Active surveillance and control
   We implement surveillance, verification, and control measures that allow us to proactively manage risks associated with the security of our operations.
   
2. Zero tolerance for illegal or criminal activities
   Anyone who has knowledge of or reasonable suspicion about any irregular activity must report it immediately through the confidential reporting channel provided by the organization, available at www.agrofuturo.com.py, or via the anonymous physical reporting box located in strategic areas of the company.
3. Confidentiality and protection of the complainant
   Agrofuturo guarantees the absolute confidentiality of the identity of any whistleblower acting in good faith and is committed to protecting their labor and contractual rights against any form of retaliation.
4. Awareness and training
   All employees will be informed and trained about this policy, its objectives, and its relevance within the Security Management System, as well as the requirements of the logistics chain security, and the principles and values that guide our actions as an organization. We promote a culture based on integrity, legality, and commitment to the protection of the logistics chain.
5. Shared responsibility
   Security is everyone's responsibility. Ethical, vigilant, and committed behavior in line with the culture of legality is expected.
6. Continuous improvement
   We periodically assess the effectiveness of our security measures and make the necessary adjustments.
