Security policy of the Supply Chain

At Agrofuturo Paraguay S.A., we are committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant working environment in accordance with national and international regulations governing our activities.
As part of this commitment, we have adopted this Policy of Security of the Supply Chain, aimed at the detection and prevention of illegal activities and criminal behaviors, including, but not limited to: bootlegging, smuggling, corruption, theft, tampering of goods, sabotage, and any other act that would compromise the legality or security of our operations.
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, visitors, and third parties connected to the organization, and its compliance is mandatory.
We uphold the following pillars:

  • Zero tolerance to illegal activities or criminal.
    Any person who has knowledge or reasonable suspicion of an irregular activity should report it immediately through the channels established by the organization.

  • Confidentiality and protection of the complainant.

    Agrofuturo guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the contributor, or a third party that you make a good faith report, and protect their labour rights.

  • Active surveillance and control.
    We have inspection procedures, monitoring CCTV, records of income/output, document control and internal audits to mitigate risks.

  • Awareness-raising and training.
    All contributors will receive information and training on this policy and its importance within the Safety Management System.

  • Publication and access.
    This policy is posted in a conspicuous place of our facilities and official sites, is communicated to all stakeholders.

  • Shared responsibility.
    Safety is everyone's responsibility. It is expected ethical behavior, vigilant and committed to the culture of legality.

  • Continuous improvement.
    We evaluate periodically the effectiveness of our security measures and make the necessary adjustments.
