THIOFEN 45 - 7

THIOFEN ® 45-7, insecticide whose ingredients in their combined effect, provide a broad protection against insects. It is a mixture that favors resistance management since it combines a carbamate (Thiodicarb) that acts on the nervous system by inhibiting the acetylcholinesterase enzyme, together with a complement of benzoylurea (Lufenuron) that inhibits the synthesis of chitin preventing its development. It also acts as an ovicide reducing the fecundity and hatching of eggs. Insects resistant to organophosphates and pyrethroids are well
